Great post. This is a really important subject that isn't really given enough time by mainstream reporters. I think that if you try hard to change your life, sooner or later you'll come up against a brick wall. This wall is a set limitation in your subconscious that can't accept the new you that's you are trying to become.

At that point you will have to (a) accept failure (b) use one of these techniques, or (c) really struggle hard to get to your destination.

I've been using Binaural Beats & Brainwave Entrainment for 2 years now with great results. I was not sure at first, but then I realized it was do to my ignorance on the topic. I now feel more self assured and stress free. My resiliancy levels have increased a lot too. This is an amazing technology.

I was just in the forum reading the latest posts and I was very curious about this site. I'm very much into the sub-conscious mind and how it works to bring things to us in life. I highly recommend Joseph Murray's book, The Power of the sub-conscious mind. I've read it twice and keep it as my bible when I need to get focused again. That conscious guy has got to stay out of the way though. Remember the best time to train your mind is right before you sleep and upon awakening, while you are groggy. Good luck!
